In the event of an attendee being assigned to storm duties as a result of Inclement Weather during conference dates, Attendee, upon notification via E-Mail to a board member 48 hours prior to the beginning of conference, will receive a 50% refund for the conference portion only. Other cancellations handled on an as needed basis by NCSCRPC Board.
Room reservations must be handled separately by registrant.
