CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of an attendee or vendor being assigned to storm duties because of inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances during the conference dates, please email us at ncscrpc@gmail.com 48 hours prior to the beginning of the conference.
NCSCRPC will review any circumstances and potentially refund up to 50% of the conference fees. There are no fees to transfer your registration to another person from your organization or transfer your registration to the following year. If NCSCRPC or the hotel cancels the conference, all registration and fees will be refunded 100%.
To cancel your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly. NCSCRPC is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees accessed by hotels or airlines.
Room reservations must be handled separately by registrant.
